Comfort Food: Orange Julius

If you've ever went to a mall in the 80s, you're probably familiar with an Orange Julius. Here's a great recipe to make this retro dream-of-a-drink at home.

Almost-Famous Orange Milkshake

1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar

1. Mix the orange juice concentrate with 1 cup water in large measuring cup or bowl. (You can also use 2 cups orange juice instead of this mixture.)
2. Transfer the orange juice to a blender. Add the milk, vanilla, both sugars and 1 cup ice and blend until smooth and frothy. Divide among 4 chilled glasses.

I am gonna pretend there is not that much sugar in these drinks! Nevertheless, I never went to the mall without getting an Orange Julius!
