Playlist :: Workout Jams

I can only get a good workout at the gym if I have upbeat tunes to help motivate me. Here are a few of my latest additions to my "Pump It Up" playlist:

I listen to the most random songs for workouts but the ones I currently like are...

Lazy Eye by Silversun Pickups
Let my Love Open The Door by Pete Townshend
She by Green Day
Changes by 2pac
Alone (Glee Version) by Kristin Chenowith and Matthew Morrison

...and of course, anything by Lady Gaga :)

I used to have a workout playlist... lots of Jay-Z, Beastie Boys, OutKast, Michael Jackson, Aerosmith, N.E.R.D., Ludacris, with a little Kenny Loggins, Ben Folds and Spin Doctors mixed in.

Now I can't do cardio with music. I run to the beat too much, so either go way too fast (and die) or go way too slow. I still use it during weights on occasion, though!

Love these! Those were just my recent additions. Green Day, Tupac, Jay-Z, and Beastie Boys are mainstays on my mix. I need to add some GaGa!
