Even though our wedding is over, I'm actually more motivated than I ever have been to work out. These are my fall fitness goals:
- Lift weights at least once a week for an hour.
- Try one new workout class each month.
- Run a 10K by November.
- No excuses! Hit the gym at least 4 times a week for cardio.
