Comfort Food: Soft Pretzels

Back in the day, if I wasn't sipping on an Orange Julius while purusing the mall, I was likely to be indulging in a soft pretzel.


The adorably charming blog, A Beautiful Mess, has had me drooling over these soft pretzels with raspberry and honey nut butters. Her recipe was adapted from Auntie Anne's, the matriarch of mall and airport soft pretzels.

I made them today and they were delicious! The next time I make them I'll be sure to roll the dough out super long because mine came out a little small and puffy. If you're a soft pretzel fan, you should definitely try this recipe!
