Monday Motivation — Getting Strong

I've started this new thing at the gym. It's called weight training. It's not an entirely new concept to me but it's been a few years since I've done it consistently. Let me clarify consistent: once a week with a trainer for six months before my wedding and before that one semester in high school when I took weight training with all of the football dudes. I want to be strong. I want to be toned. Specifically, I want Jennifer Aniston arms. This Strong Man print made me smile.
