Through simplifying and focusing on what really matters in your life, Gretchen Rubin shares some practical ways to achieve your own personal happiness in her book, The Happiness Project. Simply put, happiness is something you must create for yourself. Rubin chronicles her year-long project of adhering to her own personal resolutions that were designed to make her life more happy. Some of her applicable ideas have changed the way I approach a few of life's most basic frustrations for the better. Happy, happy.
