It's been unseasonably warm this week so I put away the hot chocolate and switched it out for milkshakes. It doesn't feel much like Christmas outside but festive flavors in Christmas goodies help make it still feel like the holidays.
Thanks to Dryers Slow Churned Peppermint Ice Cream (half the fat!), I've been blending up these perfectly frothy Peppermint Milkshakes. I had some leftover crushed peppermints from my marshmallows last week so I added a small handful to each shake and sprinkled some on the top.
2 cups peppermint ice cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ice cubes
You can vary the amount of ice cream or milk depending on your desired consistency. Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
