Sunday Brunch — Perfect Banana Bread

No matter how many bananas I buy at the grocery store each week, there will always be a few that don't get consumed before they turn brown and mushy. Most of the time they end up in the trash but on special occasions they get transformed into tasty loaves of banana bread. Sometimes I'll add chocolate, sometimes nuts, but most of the time it's just straight up banana. The best thing I've discovered about making banana bread is that it's difficult to mess it up because it's so easy. Not to mention, your home will smell absolutely heavenly while it's baking.
