What To Do With Leftover Turkey

I don't know if it's the tryptophan or if I'm coming down from a sugar high (approximately half a dozen full-size desserts were consumed today), but I am exhausted to the max from Thanksgiving. If your feasts were anything like mine, then there's probably some extra turkey leftover. This penne, turkey, kale, goat cheese, and olive recipe from Martha Stewart is a hearty way to make tasty use of that leftover bird.
