Liquid Nitrogen Infused Margarita at Stampede 66 — Happy National Margarita Day!

It's the perfect Dallas day, which means there's nothing better than setting up shop on a nice patio and drinking a margarita or two. Since I have quite a bit of work to do for the new business I'm launching soon (more about this on a future post), so unfortunately I won't be out and about soaking in these beautiful pre-spring temperatures, or enjoying margaritas for that matter. But, for those of you who can take advantage of being out and about this weekend, you should partake in National Margarita Day.


My most recent margarita was at Stephan Pyles' Stampede 66. It's made table side witches brew style, with liquid nitrogen whisked together quickly, Patron, lime, prickly pear, and topped with candied jalapenos. For $18, you definitely pay for the show, but sometimes the show makes it all worth it. It's like Guacamole Live from On The Border for fancy grown ups.
